China has created a list of U.S.-made products that would be exempted from its 125 per cent tariffs and is quietly notifying companies about the policy, two people familiar with the matter said.
President Trump has held up tariffs as a negotiating tool with China and claimed talks are ongoing, but Beijing says so far there haven't been any negotiations.
