Brayden Tennyson, 2, was shot dead Sunday when his older cousin grabbed an unsecured and unholstered handgun inside the vehicle where the two young boys were left, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office said Monday.

"He was in a vehicle — pulled out in the vehicle, and the term the secretary used was 'weaponized' the vehicle and was shot by an ICE agent," Sen. Angus King, I-Maine, said.
