Russian missile and drone strikes on Kyiv and the surrounding region killed 17 people and wounded 44 others overnight into Wednesday, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
Another overnight attack killed at least 17 people in and around Kyiv. The strikes come as Ukraine faces a growing shortage of the interceptor missiles used to defend the capital.
