Trump criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin as he took questions on the Russia-Ukraine war, saying he was "very unhappy" with Moscow's latest attacks on Kyiv.
"They have to be able to defend themselves," the president said of Ukraine, days after the White House announced some arms shipments to Kyiv had been halted.
