The Federal Communications Commission says its review is looking at whether the network's diversity initiatives are discriminatory but it comes just a day after Trump called for Kimmel to be fired.
The agency said the review was related to the network's diversity and inclusion policies. But it came amid a fight between the president and the network's late night host, Jimmy Kimmel.
